    This was an astonishing setting for a sitcom. There would seem to be little cause for laughter in an isolated Panamanian prison (clearly the reason Manuel Noriega seems so sour these days). Nevertheless, the writers have managed to slip in some terrific commentary. One must be patient, however, to appreciate the merriment. Violence? What violence?
